Our 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your items to decide if they’re a perfect match for your home. If not, you can send them back to us for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your items just need to be in the same condition you received them—unused and in their original packaging.

No Hidden Fees

We hate extra fees as much as you do. That’s why we have zero restocking fees. You won’t be charged just for changing your mind.

Return Shipping

  • If it’s our bad: If the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, the return shipping is on us!
  • If you just changed your mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How the Refund Works

Once we get your return and give it a quick look-over, we’ll let you know. If everything’s good to go:

  • We’ll process your refund immediately.
  • It usually takes about 7 business days for the credit to show up back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
